Clay Pots

Hello!

I am grateful for the mercy of God that is new every morning and His faithfulness every night.

All three of my kids had their birthdays in June. We were able to celebrate Nehemias’ 10th birthday with the friends he has made this year at school and get to know their parents. He invited four of his friends to his birthday and it was a great blessing.

I love the Women’s Tea that we do every month. It’s one of my favorite activities, especially when we do crafts! This last month I showed the women how to use leaves to paint clay pots and they used their own creativity and enjoyed the project. We had a new visitor: Eusebía is one of the mom’s at Nehemias’ school and she enjoyed the time. Lorie shared a good message about how important our decisions are in our lives. It was very edifying.

"Yet we who have this spiritual treasure are like common clay pots, in order to show that the supreme power belongs to God, not to us" - 2 Corinthians 4:7

The team prepares a lunch once a month after Sunday services so that we can have a time to fellowship with others and a way to invite people. In June our neighbors from the third floor came. Paula, her husband Pablo and their two kids. We are content that we are getting to know people better and seeing more new people, even though sometimes they come and sometimes don’t. We continue to persevere each day and God is with us at all times and every moment.
