Friends and a New Home

June was a great blessing and joy for us as a family. Our three children celebrated their birthdays!
Nehemiah is now 13 years old, a full-fledged teenager.
My heart is filled with all the emotions for him at this stage. Your prayers and blessings for his physical and spiritual growth. Thank God we're doing well after getting the flu this month during the winter.
This is Ruth a friend of Veronica. This time
for her has been difficult and sad with her health and her husband abandoning her. He went to live with another woman and other children. Prayers for her and her children. Her youngest daughter is 13 years old and is also sad about her father. It is sad for her family that they are going through this. My husband and I have been encouraging her, praying and studying the Word with her and praying that she finds refuge and comfort in Christ! She is attending, thank God, Sundays and every activity we have at church. She is grateful to know everyone and above all, to know Christ.
Thank God for my son's new classmates at his new school. This month they were in a group with his classmate Marcos in a program that the school has every year. I am also grateful to meet and share with his mother Soraya. It has been nice to meet her and for her to know what we do here in Tarija with the church. Pray that she seeks God and that we can be a light for her life and her family!
We're blessed to know some of our son's friends' dads. Nehemiah and some of his teammates play soccer on Saturdays from 9:00 pm until 11:00 pm.
It's nice to meet them and that they're getting to know us. We chat about everything. They're kind and fun. We've known them for over two months now. Please pray for light and wisdom so we can share the good news of salvation! We continue to make it known that we are missionaries, that we are open to studying the Bible with them and that we meet in the church of Christ. We pray for their hearts to seek God and their Salvation in Him.
Nelly, Veronica's mother, invited us to celebrate her birthday with her family and friends. I feel grateful for the affection she has for us and the nice time to meet new people and share with them.
In July, happy and grateful to our Heavenly Father once again for our 29th anniversary, for His mercy and love. Let's go for more years holding His hand always!
This end of the month we found a new place to live. My family and I are grateful and full of joy that after so much time we found a place with natural light and close to the rest of the team. The truth is that it is a beautiful, large place, with many windows, a balcony where we can now see the sky and God's beautiful creation. The sun everywhere in a large kitchen and living room! God is always good in a great way; his favor is great! We pray that God continues to use us, that we may be light and a blessing for Tarija and our home a refuge full of hospitality and love for all the people who come to our home.
